  • Pre-Existing Damage: Our cleaning and detailing services do not repair pre-existing damage. This includes deep scratches, dents, chipped paint, or torn fabric. We carefully document any visible damage before we begin working on your vehicle.
  • Stains and Odors: We use high-quality products and proven techniques to clean your vehicle. However, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all severe stains, pet hair, or deep-set odors, as some conditions are permanent.
  • Health and Safety: We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle presents a clear health or safety risk to our staff. This includes extreme mold, biohazards, or unsafe working conditions.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We know that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with advance notice.

Please reach out to our team as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled time. Failing to show up for an appointment or frequently canceling at the last minute restricts our ability to serve the community and may impact your ability to schedule future services with us.
